Do you Travel?
We are located in Sydney, Australia but travel anywhere within a 50km radius as part of our package prices. For locations beyond this radius, a travel fee will apply to cover the additional distance.
How many photos do I get?
We offer three image packages for you to choose from - 15, 30 & 50 images.
How do we get our photos?
Once you’ve selected your preferred images from the proof sheet, you will receive an invoice for payment. After payment is received, your images will be released to you via a Google Drive link.
Do you retouch photos?
Once you have selected your final images from the proof sheets, we will retouch the images to your desired specifications i.e removing light switches, vents, down lights and so on.
Whats your turn around time?
Depending on our workload we aim to have your proof sheets delivered too you in 7-12 working days.
How do we book you?
Send through an email to hello@remdesignhouse.com.au to discuss dates and times for your shoot. Once confirmed we will send through a deposit link where you can secure your booking by making a 20% payment.
Who owns the images after they are taken?
The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images captured, as per Australian copyright law. This means the client is granted a Standard License for personal or agreed-upon commercial use of the images, but they are not permitted to share, sell, or distribute the images to third parties without the photographer’s explicit written consent. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or redistribution of the images may result in legal action.
How far out do you book?
We are often booked out two weeks in advance. However please reach out and have a chat with us; our calendar can have last minute openings.
What if I'd like extra images?
Additional images are available to purchase for $60 each
